My name is Sierra Niger, and I have been training for about three years. My favorite thing about Fearless Fitness is that some of the stretches have made it so that I no longer have hip pain, which I had for years from an injury that occurred in a work situation. I injured my hip lifting a weight that I shouldn't have had to lift in a situation where I shouldn't have had to lift it.
I've been very limited with my injury, but I am currently healing from the surgery. I was able to push myself further than I ever had previously. For the past three years, I've done small group training pretty much entirely. I've learned a lot of new techniques, new stretches, and new strengthening exercises. I've learned a lot of ways to really improve the way that I move so that I'm not injuring myself.
